Live the experience.
Day 1: Transportation to Morro and City Tour
Our program begins in Salvador de Bahía where our Tour Leader will pick you up in your hotel lobby to discuss the program (briefing). Then we will go to the maritime terminal or airport depending on the mean of transportation you choose to reach Morro de Sao Paulo. Beautiful landscapes make up Bahía de Todos los Santos which we will see from the sky or around us from the sea.
When we get to Morro de Sao Paulo a typical local "taxi" (handcarts) will be waiting to take our luggage to the chosen hotel. Here we will be able to feel Morro's distinctive island and bahian atmosphere.
After check-in at our hotel we'll go to lunch at a local restaurant. We'll have our first encounter with the delicious "moquecas".
At 3:00 pm we will have our first activity on this island. A City Tour with main attractions and its important colonial history. In addition to this we'll have the option of a fun zip line. (See: Morro City Tour). We finish with a dinner with live music and our Tour Leader will leave you back to your hotel at about 9:00 pm. For a deserved rest.
Day 2: Getting to Know the Tinharé and Boipeba Islands
We will wake up with the sounds of the island: ocean waves, some boats, birds, etc. This day we will have a broad view of the whole island of Tinharé doing a tour called "Around the Island" (see: Around the Island).
We will enjoy the most beautiful beaches on the island of Tinharé and Boipeba tasting products like cocadas, lobsters and oysters among others.
Our guide will be waiting at 09:00 am and we will go back to Morro about 17:30 to enjoy a beautiful sunset. That night the passengers will be free to discover for themselves the best of Morro de Sao Paulo night scene.
Day 3: Diving and clay bath
This new day will begin later at about 11:00 am. Our guide will be waiting in the lobby to take you on a new adventure: diving on the seas around the island. We'll find octopus, colorful fish, lobsters and if we're lucky a sea turtle or dolphins that frequent the sardines shoals. We will have the choice between a dive with oxygen tanks and free diving using only masks, fins and snorkels.
When we finish we'll have lunch at a typical restaurant of third beach.
Then we'll have a regenerating adventure hiking to the clay banks located in Gamboa. This hike will be by the sea shore or across the hills between Morro and Gamboa (through the waterfall Fonte do Ceu)(see: Hike Morro/Gamboa). Gamboa is a fishing village that offers calm beaches because its facing the continent. On the banks of clay we can give our body a therapeutic clay bath that will leave our skin incredibly soft.
We will return by foot or on a boat from Gamboa to Morro depending on your preferences.
Day 4: Transportation to Salvador
As every beginning has an end, after a delicious breakfast our Tour Leader will be waiting in the lobby of your hotel to go to the dock or airport, depending your mean transport chosen. The departure time is flexible having talked about it with the tour leader the day before.
When arriving to Salvador our guide will leave you back at your hotel or at the airport, whichever you choose.
